Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every consultation to feel fair and stress-free. This policy explains how rescheduling, cancellations and refunds work at VastuRadiance.
Prepayment
Consultations are reserved on prepayment via UPI. Your slot is confirmed only once we have verified the payment and agreed a time with you.
Rescheduling
Life happens. You may reschedule your consultation free of charge by letting us know at least 24 hours before the agreed time. We will gladly find a new slot that works for you.
Cancellation by you
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your consultation, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the consultation, we are happy to offer a one-time reschedule; refunds for last-minute cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Missed appointments
If you are unable to attend and have not informed us in advance, the session is treated as delivered. We will always try to be understanding where there are genuine, unavoidable circumstances.
Cancellation by us
In the rare event that we must cancel or postpone your consultation, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled slot — whichever you prefer.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp or email archanavastu@gmail.com with your name and UPI reference number. Approved refunds are returned to the same UPI account, normally within 5–7 working days.
